- What is the valve on the top of the bag?
The valve on the top of our coffee bags is a one-way valve that allows carbon dioxide gas to escape from the coffee, but does not permit oxygen to enter. This allows us to pack the coffee as soon as it is roasted, ensuring that you receive the freshest and best-tasting coffee possible.
