Our Coffee

Excellence in Networks from Source to Cup.

At the source of our relationships, we have long-term partnerships with farmers. We value these relationships and how they have helped to improve the flavors of our coffee and the farming businesses of our partners. We get to know the farmers and their communities, working together to find new ways to improve their crops. This is what we call relationship coffee: a mutually beneficial partnership.

Throughout the year, our skilled partners work hard to cultivate only the best coffee beans from their trees. When it's time to harvest, the cherries are carefully picked only when they're perfectly ripe, which maximizes their natural flavors, sweetness, and body. The processing of the coffee is also carefully monitored to maintain its freshness, and it is shipped as quickly as possible to our expert roasters.

We spend a lot of time analyzing and cupping the coffee to ensure that each roast has the right balance and flavor profiles. Our cupping process involves tasting and evaluating dozens of cups of coffee, and we have some of the most highly qualified cuppers in the world. From the farmers to the cup, we have many quality control measures in place, but we always return to the cupping table for that final check. It's a process we've been doing since the beginning, and it remains our favorite part of the day.

Our signature coffee is made using only very fresh, high-quality specialty coffees from our producing partners in Africa and Central America. Carefully roasted to bring out sweet caramel, butterscotch, and milk chocolate flavors, it is a full-bodied coffee that has been a staple of ours since the beginning.
